Vision system based on Keyence architecture.
When the group passes the plc synchronized by a photocell and by the encoder of the conveyor belt requires 2 to upload of 2 images to each camera. With the 4 images the system acquires all the details. They are combined in only one single image.
The system must analyze the correct positioning and dimensions of the two shaped figures inside the rectangle.
At the end of the analyzes the vision system communicates the results to the PLC and highlights the results:
If the vision system finds errors, it stores the image of the rectangle where it found the error. The operator can detect all the error options in order to check the reasons of the single waste.
The max. cycle time of the machine is 4 seconds.
